COVID-19 impact on FOI processing

The ACCC has activated its Business Continuity Plan due to COVID-19 and most staff are working remotely. We expect delays with processing FOI requests during this time. All potential FOI applicants are encouraged to seek guidance from the FOI team via prior to submitting an FOI request. We thank you for your patience and co-operation.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 certain documents released in response to FOI requests, made on or after 1 May 2011, are available for download.

Please note that:

  • ACCC Request Reference Numbers equal to or less than 63/2011 relate to FOI requests received before 1 May 2011, therefore any documents released under such FOI requests are not published on this website.
  • Certain documents (such as those containing personal or business information where it would be unreasonable to publish that information) are not required to published and therefore do not appear in the below disclosure log.
  • Documents will be made available for a minimum of 12 months from the time that the document is uploaded to the disclosure log.
  • Documents marked “ACCC Proactive Disclosure” followed by a letter of the alphabet/YEAR are published pursuant to s.8A(4) of the FOI Act and included here for convenience.
