The Infocentre is part of the Consumer, Small Business and Product Safety Division. This Division also incorporates the Product Safety and the Consumer and Small Business Strategies branches.


The Infocentre provides a telephone and written information and reporting service for consumers and businesses. It is the initial response centre for all enquiries and reports to the Commission on competition and consumer issues in Australia.
